The large modern kitchen lined with granite counters has a gas oven, refrigerator, microwave, an island and a breakfast nook.

The main dining room that overlooks the Pacific Ocean seats 10 people. The high ceiling living room invites you to sit next to a cozy fireplace with a mantle that holds a 7 ft. mirror. The 3rd floor family room has a smart cable tv and opens to a large fully furnished roof top terrace to experience the magnificent sunset that comes with each end of the day.
Beach
A semi private beach visited mostly by Puerta del Mar guests is recognized as one of the best surf spots. Puerta del Mar is one of the most exclusive communities on the Northern Baja Gold Coast.

Location Information
We enjoy the fact that we are in a quiet gated community with 24/7 security. There are some full time residence living in the village so noise restriction in enforced. Great beach for surfing, or just soak in the sun. Enjoy the sunset!
If you don’t want to drink and drive, you may ask the guards to hail a taxi for you or you stand by the guard house to wait for one. You can also catch public transport outside the gates. Uber Mexico is also available. There are available private tours to Valle de Guadalupe. (Check the internet for tours that suites your group)
